From Los Angeles

Take the 101 North through Santa Barbara to the 154 West towards Lake Cachuma. Follow it over the hill and back down into the valley (appx. 12 miles). Nearing the bottom of the hill you will see the San Marcos Golf Course on your right hand side. At the very bottom of the hill turn right into the Golf Course entrance. Make an immediate left towards Live Oak Campground and follow the signs to the camp.

From San Francisco

Take the 101 South appx 280 miles to the 154 East. Take the 154 East towards Lake Cachuma appx. 20.5 miles. Once you pass Lake Cachuma you will see San Marcos Golf Course on your left hand side. (You will see a small orange sign on your right that says Live Oak Campground) At the bottom of the hill turn left into the Golf Course entrance. Make an immediate left towards Live Oak Campground and follow the signs to the camp.
